Kefamenanu, on 11-15 February 2010 in collaboration with YTLI (Indonesian Leprosy Foundation Transform) and with the full support of SMHF (Sasakawa Memorial Health Foundation), PerMaTa Indonesia organized the Empowerment Workshop with the theme "We Can".  The activities presented in the Hall of North Central Timor regency Naometo and attended by 25 member of PerMaTa from TTS (East South Central), TTU (East South Central), and Belu. The activity aims to increase knowledge and skills of PerMaTa members in manage the organization.

In the same time the workshop was also held in Kupang, which was attended by 25 members of the PerMaTa Kupang, the activity was held from 10-15 February 2010 at the Hotel Romita Kupang.

Some materials were presented in the workshop such as the winning characters, advocacy and organization. The participants attended the training with enthusiasm. The participants also actively participate in the workshop by raising question and also giving an alternative solution during the activities. The training was also attended by several observers from the National Facilitator of PerMaTa and YTLI.(cak)
